Depressed and was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and i owe a lot of it to IBS. I'm rather isolated socially because of it, people my age like to drink and party. I can't do it because of IBS. So yeah for me ibs has been a major issue. It's just now i found this webpage and forum, still waiting for the books i ordered But i have decided to go on depression medicine for the anxiety. Hope that will ease the stomach, at least my mind. I'm glad that i found some people who share my problem. Feels good to know you're not alone.
