When you eat this, do you have other food in your stomach or is it on an empty stomach? I have found that I can eat ice cream things (non dairy) but I must have other food in my stomach and I have to eat it slowly. I, too have had symptoms when eating ice cold foods as I know my tummy really loves warm things better.
