Foods quickly warm up to body temperature particularly in the stomach when they are eaten. I have not seen any information that suggests cold is an IBS trigger. I have read that cold water reduces viseral sensitivity in some individuals with IBS-D but warm water does not increase sensitivity.

Is the banana semi-ripe i.e. yellow with a slight bit of green? How much banana are you eating with the rice milk?
