IBS & extreme pregnancy nausea

I've got some questions about (extreme) pregnancy nausea & IBS.

During my (first) pregnancy I was extremely nauseous 24/7 during the first trimester. Couldn't take care of myself anymore, got dehydrated, hospitalized etc.
Second & third trimester were also hard, with heavy gastric problems. A diet did help (low fat, no dairy & sugar), but still very sick all the time.
And back then, I didn't even have IBS..!!

Now my IBS is getting pretty controlled by dieting, we're cautiously considering a second child.. and pregnancy.
I've already searched the board for IBS & pregnancy, which doesn't really make me happy

I was wondering if anyone has experienced (extreme) pregnancy nausea (or even hyperemesis gravidarum) wíth IBS..?
Did you feel the IBS had any effect/worsening on the nausea and vomiting?
Did your normal (EFI) diet really help you with the pregnancy-IBS? Or was it just not controllable anymore..

I actually do not have flare ups now. I just have to stick to my (very restricted) diet and the symptoms are under control. I also don't feel like my IBS is going to be in submission in the near future also. So I don't think I should wait for that to happen first.
Has anyone been dieting during the whole pregnancy and still had much heavier symptoms?
