I just got out of the hospital a couple days ago having been diagnosed with Diverticulitis with an absess and a pin-size hole in my colon. I already have IBS and Acid Reflux. Anyone have any good recipes that accommodate all 3 things I have. The doctor put me on a low residue diet to start with because of the hole in the colon which should heal over with the antibiotics I am still taking. I was told no corn products, no nuts, no seeds, don't have raw fruits and vegetables make sure they are cooked, not much cheese products. Any suggestions? Thanks.
