Further down the same page you got Heather's quote from you will see it says "Heather's Tummy Fiber™ Acacia Senegal provides 6 grams of organic, prebiotic soluble fiber per level tablespoon dose of powder." One tablespoon of Citrucel contains 2 grams insoluble fiber. You would have to take 3 tablespoons of Citrucel to get the equivalent amount of soluble fiber from Acacia.
