I guess it must be spasming. I feel it down low and I haven't really thought about when it happens. I feel it quite a lot throughout the day and while I am in bed. I just dont know why it is doing that and what can I do to stop it? I will try to watch and see if it happens less when I eat regular. Does it help to eat regular snacks and have fiber?
Yes, I had a colonoscopy a year ago and the Dr said I had severe IBS. I don't have severe pain quite often as some have said, but I do get attacks. I am able to tell now when it might happen so I take pure therapeutic grade essential oils that help ( peppermint, fennel, anise, ginger etc) I also make sure I take the fiber and have been able to prevent it from getting worse.
