You might check the first two links in my signature about FODMAPs (e.g. fructose, fructans, lactose, polyols, and galactans which are explained in the article). These foods can be problematic for individuals with functional GI disorders such as IBS and clinical trials have shown elimination or reduction of these foods can make IBS easier to manage.

You might have problems with foods that have excess fructose (i.e. more fructose than glucose) such as apples and honeydew melons. I have troubles with some FODMAPs in particular fructose, galactans and polyols. I follow Heather's EFI diet with modifications to handle FODMAPs. There is a table at the bottom of the page of the first link that gives you FODMAP rich and FODMAP friendly foods.

One other thing - I find that the green beans have too much insoluble fiber for me. Could they be a problem for you too?
