I seem to have the diarrhea/constipation thing pretty well under control with diet. I know if I eat certain things I will definitely have pains, cramping and a run to the bathroom, so avoiding those things has been a godsend. Many thanks to this board for the great information. My problems now really seem to be just the pains, rumblings, gas, nausea with the whole digestive process. I have times where I feel great and times I feel so awful it's hard to imagine I felt so great just a few hours ago!
Last night for dinner I ate broiled fish(made with a little butter flavor oil), baked potato, some white rice and green beans. An hour or so after eating I had major problems.... Took some Gas X and went to bed.
Also yesterday I started juicing and had made some honeydew, raspberry, apple juice with a juicer that takes out the seeds, skins, most pulp, etc..Had that with breakfast (and also cream of rice cereal w/almond milk). Lunch was turkey sandwich on gluten free bread with a little mustard and some carrots (the turkey was not deli but real turkey I had leftover).
Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong here or what could have caused the problems again last night?? Really wondering about the juice as this morning I've been in the bathroom 3 times (again not diarrhea or constipation but....). I also just feel drained this morning even though thought I slept ok.
