Was wondering after reading this, if anyone has any advice:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheese_analogue

not just lactose-free, but dairy-free, e.g. soy cheese, anyone any idea where you may buy them in a shop, ie not online in BRITAIN (London)?

thanks!

btw although:

there is other stuff that should dissuade us from eating cheese, anyone had any positive experience however if they had IBS and were lactose intolerant, ie eating any sort of cheese without problems?

now: stable through EFI+FODMAP dieting (no lactose/no fructose/some fructans and some polyols)

before: IBS-D(pseudo-diarrhoea), bloating, often unbearable pain esp from too much fat: Apr 2007- Dec 2010

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]
