Hi all,

I'm new to this but here goes it...

I was diagnosed with fructose malaborption and IBS late last year. I'm in Australia and noone seems to know anything about either topic, so I'm reliant on the net.

I exercise a min. of 5 days per week and eat well. I dont eat red meat or yellow cheese and try to eat lots of fruit and vege...but the weight keeps on rising. I was 53kg before IBS and I'm now 58kg....and miserable. I dont understand, I seem to be doing everything right yet I cant stop gaining weight.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
