Update on melatonin?       02/22/11 09:07 PM Edit Reply Quote shelleys480 Reged: 10/22/10 Posts: 5 Is there any new info on melatonin? I found some very old posts from Syl saying she was having some success with taking 3mg nightly. Was this done on an ongoing basis? The melatonin pills I have are in 300 mcg dosage ... does this mean I should take 10 of these to achieve 3mg? Is that advisable? Or is melatonin no longer recommended for IBS pain relief? Thanks.
