For breakfast: - scrambled egg - couple slices of bacon - fruit smoothie (frozen mango, strawberry, pineapple, banana, homemade yogurt)
For lunch: Tuna on a bed of lettuce with carrots, celery, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice OR Homemade veggie soup with meatballs
For snacks: Dried or fresh fruit Baby carrots and peanut butter Cheese Nuts
For dinner: Grilled salmon Crunchy, roasted swiss chard Green beans
For dessert: "ice cream" made with blended homemade yogurt, frozen berries, and ice
