Daily Fat Intake       02/14/11 02:47 AM Edit Reply Quote Sheeda Reged: 05/04/08 Posts: 24 Loc: Barbados Hi! Can someone please tell me the recommended daily fat intake on Heather's Diet? Right now I'm at around 15-20 grams a day, (which i think is less than 25% of the daily value as recommended on the 'nutritional facts' panel on the back of food products) and my doctor says I'm too skinny. -------------------- “Courage doesn't always roar.
