Switching From Benefiber to Citrucell Questions       02/06/11 12:35 PM Edit Reply Quote hudlander Reged: 09/26/10 Posts: 198 Hi...I am switching from Benefiber powder to Citrucell CAPLETS. I had a few questions. First off...I am doing so because I know for a fact Citrucell is non-fermentable and FODMAP safe. Onto my questions: 1) I have been taking 2 spoons of Benefiber per day, 2 regular spoons you would use to eat a meal with, so I guess that translates to 2-3 TBSP. -Switching to Citrucell caplets...how many Citrcucell caplets do I need to equal this? 2) When I switch...should I switch gradually or all at once? -Example...if 2 spoons of Benefiber=8 Citrucell caplets...should I just start taking 8 Citrucell caplets at day 1 of the switch? 3) I found unopened Citrcucell caplets...unopened but 5 years old...still good?
