Probiotics and Florastor or Align?       01/24/11 08:06 AM Edit Reply Quote MandyB424 Reged: 10/15/10 Posts: 8 I have IBS-D pretty badly and so tired of it. I have been taking Benefiber with no relief and now almost living on Imodium to have any sort of normal life - which still isn't happening. I started taking probiotics and have been taking a probiotic with a strength of 6 billion probitoic bacteria per pill but thinking I may need something stronger. This is what I have been taking http://www.renewlife.com/florasmart-6-billion.html I have also heard of Florastor and Align being helpful... I'm thinking of adding one of this to my probiotic. Is either one beneficial? I wanted to ask before spending my money! How long does it take to fully see results from ANY probiotic? Thank you to ANYONE who has advice! I appreciate it!
