Hi Renee, Thank you for your response. A typical day looks like this: Peppermint tea and a banana in the morning. Four ounces of unsweetened apple sauce 2/3 hours after that. An ounce or two of chicken breast. A couple hours after lunch I will have half of a baked tater or half of a sweet tater or some other soluble fiber. Dinner is usually an ounce or two of chicken and small amount of veggies -- sometimes just soluble and sometimes I add in an insoluble too. Or cilantro and lime rice with beans, corn, tomato salsa. (For veggies I alternate between potato, sweet potato, beets, carrots and toss in some insoluble like peas, corn, green beans, brown beans. I will also eat refriend beans. I eat white rice.) I am also supplementing my diet with Glucose Control Boost. I am trying increase my calorie intake. I am not able to eat much at one time -- which is good -- but I am still loosing weight. I went out last week and bought a smaller sized dress pants and this week they are already too big.
What is the EFI diet. lol
