Pain Medication       11/16/10 04:38 AM Edit Reply Quote gizmo Reged: 07/28/10 Posts: 239 Hi all, I have a question. I recently discovered I have a little bit of arthritis in the top of my right foot. I'm highly active. My foot doctor didn't prescribe any type of pain medication because of the IBS. I'm icing it twice a day for 20 minutes which helps but I was wondering if anyone knows of a pain medication that could be taken often that is safe for IBS? In the past if I take Ibuprofen prolonged it really upsets the IBS. I try to stay away from stuff like that. If I have a headache and take it once in awhile then I don't have any problems.
