Natural alternative to Ensure       11/04/10 01:18 PM Edit Reply Quote jok Reged: 11/04/10 Posts: 2 My tummy has been so persnickety and my digestion so weak that my doctor is advising me to try drinking Ensure to guarantee that I am getting enough calories and nutrients. However, I am very resistant to consume something so synthetic, and I am extremely sensitive to dairy and soy.
