inflammation       08/11/10 07:20 PM Edit Reply Quote Allisonmary Reged: 01/03/04 Posts: 533 If the intestines are inflamed is that considered inflammatory bowel disease or could it also be IBS? Anyone try eating an anti-inflammatory diet? I am just noticing that seceral things that should be safe on Heather's diet are not all that safe for me and its interesting that those foods are pro-inflammatory. Im wondering if my main problem right now is inflammation and if that is just IBS or could it be something more? I often feel as though my intestines are inflamed.
