Is this cereal a good breakfast option?

Many cereals just list the total fiber content per serving, so I stay away from high fiber cereals assuming they are mostly insoluble fiber.

My doctor wants me to try and get around 24g of fiber in my diet every day. Based on what I've read here, at least half of that should be soluble fiber.

Here are the 2 cereals I've found at the supermarket that look to be safe, but I was hoping someone can let me know if I am missing something:

Note: I eat my cereal dry

Cereal 1:
Quaker Oatmeal Squares
2 varieties: "a hint of brown sugar" & "a hint of cinnamon"
Calories 210
Total Fat 2.5g
Dietary Fiber 5g (Soluble Fiber 2g)
Protein 6g

Cereal 2:
Kellogs Corn Pops
New box has a big ad on the front that says "Now Provides Fiber"
Calories 120
Fat 0g
Dietary Fiber (Soluble Fiber 3g, Insoluble Fiber 0g)

If I'm going to make it to 24g a day I will need to get at least 5g of fiber with breakfast.

Thanks!!
