It reviewed the research to date and found "that isoflavones do not exert feminizing effects on men at intake levels equal to and even considerably higher than are typical for Asian males". In the body of the article it concludes "the clinical evidence overwhelmingly indicates that there is essentially no basis for concern. Isoflavone exposure at levels even greatly exceeding reasonable dietary intakes does not affect blood T or estrogen levels in men or sperm and semen parameters". There is a lot of misinformation floating around about soy.
