My, my, my! Here we go again. I'm astounded at the attacks that keep coming my way. Is it really so hard to believe that someone actually has put together a plan in a way that works? I have fought this battle on the Ibsgroup.org bulletin board and now am letting my patients speak for me.
The thread, "Dr Dahlman's patient" is beginning to generate info from a group of people who have taken me up on my offer to treat them with out charging for my time and only charging them my costs for the products they use. Already some are seeing positive results, though most just started this week. I will eliminate ALL symptoms for them in just a few months.
Here is what I will not address in any of them: I will not test for genetic abnormalities or the presence of viruses. I will not test for gut motility, visceral hypersensitivity, serontonin levels or the condition of their enteric nervous system because I believe these proven, observed problems in IBS, IBD, Crohn's or Colitis are caused by the imbalances that I mention in my article. They will all get well.
For those of you who believe I am wrong, you then must believe that these proven, observed problems ocurred first and then caused the IBS, IBD, Crohn's or Colitis. The preverbial chicken or the egg. Could it be the other way around?
I won't respond to your attacks. If you would like to discuss any part of my program, I would be happy to, but I will mostly allow my patients to speak for me at Ibsgroup.org.
I have been called a "scammer" and accused on only doing this for the money. None of you know me and none of you know how many low income people I treat for nothing. All in an age where traditional medicine rejects Medicare and Medicaid patients. None of you know how much time I don't charge for when I take any phone calls from anyone who is using my protocol with or without my consultation or products. I also am available to any of my patients by phone or e-mail for quick questions that I also don't cahrge for.
I have yet to discuss any substantive issues on any bulletin board with any doctor of any kind. None of you see any patients or are licensed to diagnose or treat anything, yet you all have opinions. I have no value to some of you because I'm not a specialist nor am I an MD. Chiropractors are held in very little esteem by some. Hence, my money back guarantee.
Because of the skepticism that I experience everyday, I wanted to give people a feeling of confidence when they make a decision as to whether they should come to my office.
