Wait a sec...I avoid Tylenol because it has acetophenum (sp) which DOES have GI side effects.

Now before I buy aspirin, again, why would it be safer for IBS than Naproxen or other anti-inflamatories?
Do you have a link to the exact kind you use...they make so many?
