Tylenol isn't an anti-inflammatory drug but it does have fewer GI side effects than NSAIDs like aspirin and Naproxen. Likely the only way to find out if aspirin is IBS safe for you is to try it. I use enteric coated aspirin from time to time and I don't experience any ill effects.
