If you are thinking of taking herbs long term, it would be a great idea for you to see an herbalist who can prescribe you a formula that fits your needs exactly. I know it can be an expense but you can go just once and see what they say, what kind of herbs may be better for you based on your symptoms. Ive gone for 40 bucks and you can ask them to give you a tea or a formula in a pill. The tea is supposed to work better but it is more work and often tastes extremely bad!
