I know I have noticed an increase in stomach upset during allergy season also.
I think it has to do with all the..ahem..snot you keep sucking back in or at the least post nasal drip.When you sleep I know it just goes down the back of your throat and maybe this irritates your stomach.
Also all the sneezing can tense your stomach muscles causing pain.


I do find always having something in my stomach helps and taking Benadryl...but that makes me sleepy.
