Wow, I had no idea it would be possible to go that long in between attacks. I will say that in the last week since following Heather's diet closely, I have seen MUCH improvement. It boggles my mind how eating all the "white" foods I've been avoiding for years and replacing with whole wheat are actually helping me have normal-ish BMs when I had thought all along that they would make me constipated. It's truly incredible. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful about feeling better.
