They are a process. Your bowels will start to normalize. "Work just got hugely stressful, my granddad died a month ago, I had my cycle and the 3d anniversary of my mom's death is on Saturday." This is a lot to handle and I am sure is effecting you. Sorry to hear about your grandfather. All your going through would be tough on anyone. Also sometimes we need to grieve and that's natural.
