I just noticed how much a hot bath helps pain and I noticed that when I was all under the water with just the nose (and toes) out, I felt almost no pain. Isn't that weird? Try laying in the tub like that for a few minutes. So to clarify, pretend like you are rinsing your hair out and just stay that way with most of your head under water. I don't know why but it is so soothing. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
