I don't know if this would work but I wonder. If you eat alot of solid foods than your stool would be more solid right? I was thinking that the more liquid the less chance of being constipated. just my thoughts,i have no help with the bloating sorry but with pain,my heat pad was the only thing that helped me. I have used Imodium Advanced for when I am bloated and crampy with D but not sure it would help with a Cer. I hope you find some relief soon...stress really plays a huge prt in IBS symptoms...I think more so than the actual food does. -------------------- IBS-D since 1999...mostly stable..i do cheat too.Bad me.
