Is this every day or do you have spells where you are fine? I just went through two weeks of intense bloating and pain.I rarely have this .I thought I was pregnant and my hubby's fixed!That's how bloated I was.It has passed now and I think because I may have been a bit backed up even though I go every other day.I think it finally pushed through and released whatever it was.this has been building since Christmas so I have no idea what may have started it. Maybe a really good clean out is in order. Have you thought about eating alot more soup and drinking more liquids?Not store bought.I think the key is natural/raw food ,unprocessed.
