We are all finding our own path. We share what we can based on history and experience. I'm sorry that some of you think this is wrong. No one here is an expert on anything, though some know more than others and this is good. Check out Heather's technical info on IBS and you will be amazed what you can learn from reading some of those articles. Start there, and then ask questions that specifically address your hurdles in overcoming. My best wishes to everyone dealing with IBS.
