So a little too much fat or IF will give D people D. But a little IF and fat within the guidelines for C people is fine (as long as they believe it ). The guidelines are for about 1/3 cals from fat and no more each meal. I can handle that much whether it be from nuts, oil, avocadoes etc. Make sure you aren't too skimpy on the fat (as in going nearly FF) because it does not help C. Keep in mind that when D prone people tell you they can't eat something it may not be bad for you. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
