I definetely seen a connection between the excess fructose and my stomach pain but I am having a hard time figuring this out. Syl, I looked at the link you sent me with the foods to avoid, foods to try, and foods to eat. It seems that most of the foods that I eat are in the foods to try section. I was just wondering what your diet was like, or anyone else with fructose issues. I see grapefruit is on the list of foods to eat section so would grapefruit juice be completely safe to eat? I eat cream of farina in the mornings which is wheat. Would it be bad to have this for say lunch again? I usually also have cranberry juice in the mornings and some sort of toast or bagel. WOuld this cause problems for you. I dont always realize something is not digesting well until I go for a run and my stomach gets all crampy. Mostly my symptoms lately are just crampiness in my lower stomach that radiates to my back and the feeling of trapped air i guess. Is that a sign of too much fructose you think?
