Well, I blew it! I splurged on New Year's Eve and mixed up some Ranch dip and bought some Ruffles potato chips.....I've been eating it practically every night since then. Luckily it hasn't bothered me....yet. But I am mad at myself for falling victim to my food cravings. I've also been eating Christmas sweet treats, chocolate, etc. Non of which have been bothering my IBS....I can't believe it! But, that's another bad thing about it is that since these haven't been triggering anything...I eat more of them. My husband has been out in his work-shop a lot lately and I'm in the house by myself and start nibbling on chips, dip, etc., etc. as I work on crafts, clean house, etc. What can I do to stop this nibbling. I only weigh 128 lbs....but if I keep this up I'll be like the Pilsbury Dough boy!
