You cannot get them off your page. They are part of the forum web page display. Besides the ads at the top of the page there are now ads below each posting when read.

We can only presume they have placed there by Heather's authorization.

Google Ads are used to 'Maximize revenue from your online content' by generating Click through Revenue from people visiting this site and then clicking on an ad link.

It sort of feels strange that revenue is being generated by people clicking on colon cleansing, questionable supplement and bogus IBS tests ads to support an IBS forum that do its best to correct IBS misinformation presented in many of these ads.
