Hi Janey,

If it works for you with no side-effect, by all means take it. As you say, we are all different and this is so very true.

For those experiencing major symptoms with Lipitor, then they should discontinue it. I personally find Heather's products and following an IBS diet to be the answer to my once high cholesteral level as well. This wouldn't be true for everyone, as there are no precise answers to underlying peripheral conditions, which may or may not be related.

To be completely honest here, I have been able to discontinue my blood pressure med since I started taking Heather's acacia fiber. Isn't it intesting which things affect other things? If I take the BP med now, I have dangerously LOW BP!

I'm happy that I found the place and the resources of my root problem... that being gut related and the brain-gut miscommunication around my health, i.e. IBS.
