I never thought of peeling a stawberry. I will check that
out. Thank you so much! I can't tolerate soy so none
of the wonderful soy things mentioned here are an option
to me. Peeled strawberries here I come....lol

I figured it out last spring when I got into smoothies - I don't like the seeds in mine. I also 'peel' my celery to get rid of the strings - Emeril taught me that one.
