Fruit juice, (fructose, right?) is hard for some of us to digest with IBS....for me, it's still too much sugar! I have to limit my fruit intake (yuckers!) I guess it's only temporary...best way to look at it. I'm just nervous I'm gonna OD on chocolate one day from a rage for sugar! LOL Right now I eat all day cause I feel deprived (and I'm sad...I can't get rid of my infection...), so maybe I should have ONE CHOCOLATE just to satisfy my craving? I read in a magazine that VERY STRICT diets even though this is not a diet to lose weight...it's still a diet!), can cause over-eating...that would be me right now...I'm an eating machine! In any case...I think I'll continue not to eat the sugar for now...as long as I can hold off...wish me luck!
