A couple of years ago I tried soy milk and got very sick from it. Caused alot of gas and cramping. 5 years later I decided to try it once again. I had a little bit and it definetly caused gas again. I feel like soy is almost worse then dairy. I was wondering if I have such a reaction to soy milk could i also have a reaction to soy lechitin, oil and other soy found in breads and stuff? I mean I dont notice it to be a trigger but I dont ever feel 100% and I never really know why. I always have a problem with trapped air, not necesarrily gas just like air that get stuck in my intestines and blocks the bowels. Is there something different about the soy in soy milk and the kind found in other foods?
THanks for your help:)
