I know you're not asking me but I have a suggestion. Heather told you 1-2 tablespoons per 8 ounces of water is the recommended use. So you can calculate how much fennel you should use based on that. Say you had a 6 cup coffee pot, then you want to use no more than 12 tablespoons of fennel for the entire pot. 12 tablespoons is equivalent to 3/4 cup. So that's the maximum amount of fennel for a 6 cup coffee maker. You may have to adjust the calculation based on the size of your coffee maker.
