But when you prep for a colonoscopy you see how little is in there and how 'fresh' it is. My sis recently bought a colon cleansing product and was taken in by the claims. She said it really worked, she even had goopy stuff come out, i.e. the product was so harsh not only did it get her poo out but followed with mucus! And she was too uninformed to know that was what it was and how bad that was. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
