Meaning you didn't have IBS but D as a result of the tumor. If your able to eat off diet with out D then this is a pointer that it wasn't IBS. Now that your symptoms have changed you need to go back to your Doctor and get this checked out. C can be a symptom of several conditions not just IBS.
