I have had fantastic results with them. I do not take them routinely---only on a as needed basis. That's when I get to feeling very gassy, and my tummy starts gurgling and rumbling, and I can feel the pressure building. Those are all "signals" for me that tell me an "attack" is coming on if something doesn't stop it! I take one Nulev then and within minutes I notice an improvement and, so far, taking a Nulev at these times has always held off an attack! My doctor told me that Nulev was an anti-gas medicine.
