I try to never go to Walmart and I have never seen much alternative food there (so to speak) like at Target with all the Amy's products. If they have Amy's products at Walmart there are many dairy free ones that are safe. Otherwise you might try the new Healthy Choice Mixers in the side dish aisle (by ham. helper). The plain marinara and pasta one is safe and quite good. I buy them when they go on sale. Also Healthy Choice soups have some safe varieties. I don't know if Kashi frozen meals are still around but they had a couple safe ones. Healthy Choice probably has some safe frozen dinners but I haven't looked in a while. There are many Asian Sensation or Taste of Thai or that product line that are safe. I can't remember all of them. I like the Lemongrass and Chili noodle dish; I add some shredded carrot and stuff to it. Don't even bother looking at the mainstream easy dishes. They all have dairy, MSG and lots of fat and additives.
