My GI gave me a supply of it right after he confirmed my diagnosis. It never did anything for me -- NOTHING. Hyoscyamine works for me if I just have cramps alone -- but if I have diarrhea with my cramps, then I go for the "hard stuff" (Donnatal). I'm glad NuLev works for you; if it does, great!
