Hmm, strange. I get loud gurgling noises and movements all the time but nothing consistent or like what your describing.
Whats strange is that i was describing my symptoms to a woman friend of mine, she doesn't have IBS but described having the same thing as you. She said she pushes near the bottom of her left ribcage and gets very strange motions and noises? She said its annoying but it doesn't bother her like IBS does us. Not sure what it could be, i suggest talking to a doc.
