1. It will say caffeine on the ingredients. 2. I am just talking about those flavored waters. I haven't looked at all their products. 3. Fructose is the problem in HFCS. You may have seen a thread recently about Vitamin Water. It pointed out that the crystalline fructose in it is worse (much more fructose percentage) than HFCS. It is more 'natural' IMO but that load of pure fructose is bad for IBS. Just like drinking straight tomato or apple juice on an empty stomach. 4. They will if you believe they will. Vitamin B does have energizing qualities.
