For years I was battling IBS, only to find out that I had Celiac Disease. I now have been gluten free for a year and have had NO episodes, not even once. I feel great! Yet, I still take Heather's Peppermint pills to help with just regular bloating from things like milk or mexican food. Her peppermint pills have been a life saver to my tummy. But, I had it all backwards, it was not the salad or vegetables, it was the bread that went with the salad. I would eat noodles with little sauce, or crackers to try to calm my tummy, yet it was all wrong. Now I eat a salad, raw veggies etc without any side effects. Even wine doesn't upset my tummy. Just a thought everyone, but still take care of your tummy track.
